As a company operating in Spain, our lead supervisory authority for data protection matters is the AEPD. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the AEPD if you believe your personal data has been processed unlawfully.

Ekon Labs operates primarily during standard European business hours, Monday to Friday, excluding Spanish public holidays. Our team works across multiple time zones and projects, and availability may vary depending on current workload and commitments.

We aim to respond to all enquiries as quickly as reasonably possible. Response times will vary depending on the nature and complexity of the request. General enquiries and support requests are typically addressed in order of receipt. Data protection and legal requests are treated with appropriate priority in accordance with applicable law.
